Woodworking I, II & III classes start April 4 in Corvallis

Woodworking classes from beginning to advanced will offered through LBCC Community Education starting April 4.  

Woodworking I cover’s basic woodworking skills, home shop safety, use of hand and power tools, and project cost estimation. Learn wood joinery used to make fine furniture and experience how to make a fun project.

This five-week class meets from 6 to 7:50 p.m. Choose from either Wednesday classes starting April 4 or Thursday classes starting April 5. Cost is $119.

Woodworking II is a continuation of Woodworking I with more emphasis on projects.

This five-week class meets from 6 to 8:50 p.m. Chose from Wednesday classes starting May 9, or Thursday classes starting May 10. Cost is $119.

Woodworking III puts more emphasis on advanced projects and skills, including furniture making. Students need to take Woodworking I & II to register for class.

This five-week class meets from 6 to 8:50 p.m. Chose from Wednesday classes starting April 4 or May 9, or Thursday classes starting April 5 or May 10. Cost is $119.

Classes meet at Corvallis High School, 1400 NW Buchanan.
