Learn how to make sausage, decorate a cake or cook Moroccan food in classes held this fall at Linn-Benton Community College. The nine-week Cake Decorating class will meet Mondays from 6:30 to 8:20 p.m. starting Sept. 30 at the Albany Senior Center, 44 Water Ave.  Learn simple techniques to get professional looking results. Cost is $69 with a $7 supply fee. The three-week Hint of Morocco cooking class will meet Fridays from 6 to 8:50 p.m. starting Oct. 4 at the Albany Senior Center. Learn how to make several types of Moroccan dishes. Cost is $39 with a $40 supply fee. In the one-day Making Sausage class, learn skills and techniques to make your own sausage. Choose from Saturday, Oct. 12 or Sunday, Oct. 13 class. Both classes meet from 1 to 5:50 p.m. at the LBCC Albany campus, Calapooia Center, room CC-219. Cost is $39 with a $40 supply fee. This nine-week class will meet on Mondays from 6:30 to 8:20 p.m. at the Albany Senior Center, 489 Water Ave NW. The first class was held Jan. 9, but there is still space available. Cost for this non-credit class is $63 with a $7 lab fee. Oregon residents aged 62 or older pay 75 percent of tuition. This discount does not apply to material or lab fees.
