A Pesticide Laws and Safety class in Spanish will be held through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College October 26 and 27. Designed to prepare senior agriculture workers to take the State of Oregon Department of Agriculture pesticide applicator exam, classes provide in-depth training, including extra coaching in math and calibration skills. Course may be used for recertification credits. Pesticide Laws and Safety in Spanish meets October 26 and 27 beginning at 8 a.m. both days, at LBCC’s Calapooia Center, room CC-203/205. Cost is $119.
