Professional Development Class Difficult Conversations
The professional development class “Difficult Conversations, Successful Outcomes” will be offered through LBCC Business and Employer Services on Tuesday, April 10 from 8 a.m. to Noon at the Albany campus, Fireside Room, CC-211, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany. Learn the methods of having difficult conversations in ways that are constructive, and take away a practical process that you can use in any difficult conversation. Cost for this two-day course is $79 per person, or $69 each for three or more from one company.
