Linn-Benton Community College

A free open house and application event for CTE programs at Linn-Benton Community College will be held Monday, June 5, starting at 4 p.m. in Takena Hall, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany. Several CTE programs will be open including welding, mechatronics, computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), machine tool, and the new non-destructive test and evaluation program. A Career Technical Education Open House will be held Friday, Oct. 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. at LBCC, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany. Explore Career Technical education programs that let you work with your hands and your brain. Learn about the skills you need to help you land a good job, in programs that take two years or less.  More than 50 associate degree and certificate programs that can be finished in two years or less will be showcased.
