Joseph Bailey, LBCC faculty member in Business and Employer Services, recently completed a 69-hour training program as a Voice Dialogue Facilitator through the Voice Dialogue Institute. Facilitated social technology allows individuals to become more effective in their relationships, and can help teams to achieve higher levels of performance and leverage their strengths to move beyond places where they get stuck. LBCC Business and Employer Services provides coaching, facilitation, training, and consulting services to employers of Linn and Benton County. Joseph Bailey, instructor for Linn-Benton Community College Business and Employer Services, earned his recertification as a Certified Professional Facilitator from the International Association of Facilitators. 

 Bailey was one of the first professional facilitators certified in the state of Oregon. The designation of CPF is the only international assessment process that is based on rigorous peer review of knowledge, experience and demonstration of skills.
