A free orientation to learn about the class series Microbusiness Explore, Commit and Launch will be held by the LBCC Small Business Development Center Monday, April 1 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Calapooia Center, room CC-203, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.  Attend orientation to decide if the classes are right for you. Classes in the series include Microbusiness Explore, Microbusiness Commit, and Microbusiness Launch. Explore the possibility of starting your own business in the 11-week Microbusiness Explore class. Class will meet Tuesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. starting April 2. Cost for this non-credit class is $349. Income based scholarships are available. Learn how to finish your business plan and develop funding strategies in the six-week Microbusiness Commit class. This class requires a pre-requisite of Microbusiness Explore or instructor approval. Explore your business idea or learn to develop an existing business plan in classes held through the Small Business Development Center at Linn Benton Community College. The class Microbusiness Explore will help you look at the possibility of starting your own business including discussions with expert speakers on topics vital to business start-up. A free orientation will be held Monday, April 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in LBCC’s Calapooia Center, CC-203, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.  This 11-week class will meet Tuesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning April 2. Cost for this non-credit class is $349. The class Microbusiness Commit will focus on writing your business plan.  This six-week class will meet Tuesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning April 30 in LBCC’s Forum building, F-202.
