A variety of art classes will be offered this summer through Linn-Benton Community College's Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers. "Watercolor: Paint the Cat" is structured for both beginners and seasoned artists. This two-day class will meet June 17 from 9 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. and June 18 from 9 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. at the LBCC Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way. Cost is $39. New this term, "Corks and Canvas" watercolor class offers a unique way to explore your artistic talent while enjoying the atmosphere of a local winery. No experience necessary. Class will meet Monday, June 30 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Marks Ridge Winery in Sweet Home. Cost is $39. "Calligraphy II" class is a continuation of Calligraphy I, exploring more formal and cursive lettering system.
