Explore the world through its cuisines in one of several international cooking classes offered through Linn-Benton Community College Albany Community Education this spring. Classes will cover Italy, France, Mexico, Russia and Eastern Europe, and Asia. Take one class or sign up for all. Each one-day class will meet on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 8:50 p.m. in the LBCC Commons kitchen, second floor Calapooia Center. International Cooking Italy (CRN 46995) will be held April 20; International Cooking France (CRN 46996) will be held April 27; International Cooking Mexico (CRN 46998) will be held May 11; International Cooking Russia and Eastern Europe (CRN 47001) will be held June 1; and International Cooking Asia (CRN 47494) will be held June 8. Explore the world through its cuisines in an International Cooking class offered through Linn-Benton Community College Albany Community Education. Does the idea of learning how to make "Drooling Gnocchi," "Cassoulet" or "Doro Wat" interest you? This unique class will cover these classic dishes and much more. Attend all eight classes or just the ones that interest you. International Cooking (CRN 46994) classes will meet on Thursdays from 6 to 8:50 p.m. in the college culinary kitchen, Calapooia Center, room CC-219. Classes offered include Italy on April 7; France on April 14; Greece on April 21; Mexico on April 28; India on May 5; Africa on May 12; Russia and Eastern Europe on May 19; and Asia on May 26.
