Linn-Benton Community College

A Real Estate Broker Pre-License Exam course will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College starting April 5. Designed to prepare you for the Oregon Real Estate Broker License Exam, this 150-hour course is the fastest way to qualify to take the state exam. This 10-week course will meet on Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning April 5 through June 7 at the LBCC Albany campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, room CC-212. The course content will be mostly Internet based. Students are expected to have online capability, to self-study and attend all class sessions. A mandatory study session will be held on Saturday, the last day of the class. Cost for this non-credit course is $600. This seven-week class will meet on Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m. beginning April 6 through May 18 at the LBCC Albany campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, room CC-212. Cost for this non-credit course is $550. Forklift Safety Training will be offered through Business and Employer Services at Linn-Benton Community College Saturday, June 27 from 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the college, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany. This eight-hour course will provide four hours of classroom training and four hours of practice on the forklift. Training includes forklift safety, handling and moving loads, principles of lifting, stacking and un-stacking loads and driving with a load. Upon completion of eight hours of training and meeting the requirements, student will receive an award of completion to take to their current or future employer.
