LBCC Professional Development Workshops
The professional development series “Developing World Class Employees” will be offered by Linn-Benton Community College Business and Employer Services throughout 2014-15.
Fall and winter workshops include:
Nov. 4, Authentic Leadership
Dec. 2, Effective Communication and Breaking Bad Communication Habits
Jan. 13, Organizing for Efficiency: Lean Office Demystified
Jan. 27, Respectful Dissent: Using Conflict to Strengthen Your Team
Feb. 17, Managing Stress for Success: Let Stress Bring Out Your Best
Feb. 24, Understanding Conflict Styles and Resolution Strategies
All workshops will meet 8 a.m. to noon at LBCC’s Fireside Room, room CC-211, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany. Cost for each workshop is $79 per person, or $69 for three or more from one company.
