Beginning computer and computer applications classes will be held at the LBCC Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers winter term. Computers-1st Step is for those who have little or no computer experience and need hands-on, step-by-step instruction. This four-week class meets Tuesdays from 6 to 8:20 p.m. beginning Jan. 7 at the LBCC Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way. Class also will be held at the LBCC Sweet Home Center, 1661 Long St., Wednesdays beginning Jan. 8 from 1 to 3:30 p.m., or Thursdays from 6 to 8:20 p.m. beginning Jan. 16. Cost is $39. "Your Digital SLR Camera" will be held at the Sweet Home Center beginning Tuesday, Jan. 7 from 6 to 7:50 p.m. Cost for this five-week class is $39. “iPad or Kindle Fire” class will meet Wednesdays at the Sweet Home Center beginning Jan. 8 from 6 to 7:50 p.m. Cost for this three-week class is $39. The class Computers-2nd Step will be held at the LBCC Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers starting Oct. 31. This class builds on basic computer skills. Learn how to copy between programs, organize files, create folders and more. This four-week class meets Tuesdays from 6 to 8:20 p.m. beginning Nov. 5 at the LBCC Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way. Cost is $39. An additional class will be held at the LBCC Sweet Home Center, 1661 Long St., Thursdays from 6 to 8:20 p.m. beginning Oct. 31. This four-week class will meet Wednesdays from 6 to 7:50 p.m. beginning May 1 at the LBCC Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way. Cost for this four-week class is $39 plus a $2 lab fee. The class also offered at the LBCC Sweet Home Center, 1661 Long St, meeting on Thursdays from 6 to 8:50 p.m. beginning May 9. Cost is $45 plus a $3 lab fee. Adults age 62 and above are eligible for a 25 percent reduction in tuition. Reduction does not apply to fees.

Advance beyond the basics in the class Computers-2nd Step held at the Lebanon Center beginning Wednesday, May 1 from 6 to 7:50 p.m. Cost for this four-week class is $39 plus a $2 lab fee.
