LBCC President named “Pacesetter of the Year”
Dr. Greg Hamann Linn-Benton Community College President Dr. Greg Hamann was named “Pacesetter of the Year” at the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations District 7 conference Oct. 1. The award recognizes a president or CEO at a two-year community or technical college who has demonstrated leadership and support in the area of college communications and marketing. Hamann was nominated for his support of initiatives that improve the college’s image, including the backing of investment in research and design for LBCC’s award winning “Inspired” branding and redesigned web site, and for his support of implementing a system that communicates with prospective students.
