LBCC is offering a hands-on Intro to Digital Photography class that will cover basic features of digital cameras and basic photo editing such as sizing and cropping.  Computer skills recommended. This five-week class will meet Thursdays from 6 to 7:50 p.m. at the LBCC Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way. Cost for the class is $39 plus a $3 fee. Adults age 62 and above are eligible for a 25 percent reduction in tuition. Reduction does not apply to fees. LBCC Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers Computer Application Classes

Beginner computer and photography classes will be held at Linn-Benton Community College Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers starting April 3. Learn the basics of computer use in the class Computers-1st Step held at the Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way, beginning Wednesday, April 3 from 6 to 7:50 p.m. Cost for this non-credit class is $39 plus a $2 lab fee. Class is also offered at the Sweet Home Center, 1661 Long St., beginning Thursday, April 11 from 6 to 8:50 p.m. Cost is $45 plus a $3 lab fee. 

Advance beyond the basics in the class Computers-2nd Step held at the Lebanon Center beginning Wednesday, May 1 from 6 to 7:50 p.m. Cost for this four-week class is $39 plus a $2 lab fee. Class is also offered at the Sweet Home Center beginning Thursday, May 9 from 6 to 8:50 p.m. Cost is $45 plus a $3 lab fee.

LBCC's Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers will offer two digital photography classes this spring term. Make the most of the features and settings of your digital SLR camera in the class Your Digital SLR Camera offered at the Sweet Home Center. Gain a better understanding of exposure, auto and manual focus, depth of field, choice of lens, camera maintenance, accessories and more. This five-week class includes a photo shoot to apply what you have learned. Students will work with Adobe Photoshop Elements to make the photos even better. Students must have taken the Intro to Digital Photography class. This five-week class will meet on Tuesdays from 6 to 8:50 p.m. beginning May 3 at the LBCC Sweet Home Center. Learn about digital photography in the class Intro to Digital Photography offered at the LBCC Lebanon Center winter term.
