The free workshop Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions Self-Management Program will be held at the LBCC Lebanon Center starting Sept. 19. This six-week workshop is for people with ongoing health conditions such as diabetes, asthma, emphysema, heart conditions, high blood pressure, MS, etc. Participants will meet Thursdays from 12:30 to 2:50 p.m. beginning Sept. 19 at the LBCC Lebanon Center Annex building, 44 Industrial Way.
