A Real Estate Property Manage r course will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College beginning April 6. Designed to prepare you to manage rental property, this course combines online and in-class instruction to meet the 60-hour requirement for the Oregon Property Manager Pre-License course. This seven-week class will meet on Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m. beginning April 6 through May 18 at the LBCC Albany campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, room CC-212. Cost for this non-credit course is $550.
