Pesticide applicator classes in Spanish will be held through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College. Designed to prepare senior agriculture workers to take the State of Oregon Department of Agriculture pesticide applicator exam, classes provide in-depth training, including extra coaching in math and calibration skills. Pesticide Laws and Safety in Spanish will be held April 9 and 10, from 8 a.m. to noon both days, at LBCC’s Calapooia Center, room CC-213. Cost is $99.
