LBCC Sweet Home Center Food Preservation Classes
Three free food preservation classes will be held on
Thursdays at the LBCC Sweet Home Center beginning Sept. 26.
Taught by OSU Master Food Preservers, topics include
Freezing and Dehydrating Foods on Sept. 26; Canning Fruits, James and Jellies on
Oct. 18; and Canning Meats, Fish, Game and Veggies on Nov. 8
Class tuition is free, however, each class has a $7 supply
