Free “Effective Communication” workshop April 12 & 13
A free workshop on communication and listening skills will be held April 12 and 13 at Linn-Benton Community College, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.
Learn effective listening skills, how to communicate without destroying relationships, how to be assertive in social and professional settings, and how to manage your emotional reactions and resolve conflicts.
This two-day workshop, led by Jolinda Thomas, clinical director of Cornerstone Family Counseling, will meet April 12 and 13 from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Forum Lecture Hall, room F-104.
