LBCC Benton Center Pottery Sale & Show

The semi-annual LBCC Benton Center Pottery Sale will be held on Friday, June 8 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on the patio outside of the center ceramics studio, 757 NW Polk Avenue, Corvallis.

LBCC ceramic faculty, instructional assistants and students will showcase and sale their work including raku, high fire, salt fire and wood fire pieces. Both functional and one-of-a-kind pieces range from very affordable to collectible.
A portion of all sales is used to purchase studio equipment. For more information, contact LBCC’s Benton Center at 541-757-8944.

Oregon Construction Contractors Board Education (CCB) will be offered through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College. This five session course will meet on April 22, 29, May 6, 13, and 20 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., on the LBCC Albany campus, Calapooia Center room CC-213. A variety of art classes, including a few new ones, are being offered through LBCC Community Education starting March 28. In the new class “Art & Etsy,” learn to polish your craft and sell your art. Bring your own product to polish up, or bring to life a new creation. Immerse yourself in product design and then create a catchy shop name and an inviting online presence. Learn a foreign language in classes offered through Community Education at Linn-Benton Community College starting April 4. Spanish for Seniors focuses on conversational Spanish with essential words, songs and phrases to help you get ready to travel more confidently in Spanish speaking countries. Learn past, present, and future verb tenses. Some previous Spanish experience recommended.
