LBCC 4th Annual Albany Sings! Choir Concert

Celebrate choral music in the Willamette Valley at the 4th annual Albany Sings! Choir Concert on Thursday, May 24 at 7 p.m. at West Albany High School, 1130 Queen Avenue SW, Albany, Oregon.

Approximately 300 singers from the Calapooia, Memorial, and North Albany Middle Schools, Timber Ridge School, West and South Albany High Schools, and the Linn-Benton Community College choirs will perform a plethora of choral works sure to knock your socks off!

After individual performances, the ensembles will combine to perform Hand in Hand, a work by Rollo Dillworth, truly emulating the idea that no matter what, we can make anything happen by working together both in song and as a community!

Conducted by James Reddan, LBCC; John Kluttz, Calapooia Middle School; Julie Buchert, Memorial Middle School; LeAnn Wind, North Albany Middle School; Megan Ratliff, Timber Ridge School; Brett DeYoung, South Albany High School; and Cate Caffarella, West Albany High School.

The concert is free and open to the public, no tickets required. Come out and celebrate music, singing, and the many award winning Albany choral programs and show your support for choral music education and the students whose lives these programs impact.

This concert is made possible by the LBCC Music Program and the GAPS Choral Music Programs.
