LBCC CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers

CPR certification training class for healthcare providers will be held through Linn-Benton Community College starting May 7.

The CPR certification is good for clinical placements for up to two years. Sessions held May 7 and June 4 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at LBCC’s Albany Campus, Calapooia Center, room CC-212. Cost is $95, supplies included.

The CPR class qualifies for LBCC’s requirements in the following programs:
Dental Assistant, Diagnostic Imaging, Nursing/CNA, Occupational Therapy, Medical Assistant, Polysomnography, Phlebotomy and Pharmacy Technician.

Oregon Construction Contractors Board Education (CCB) will be offered through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College. Learn a foreign language in classes offered through Community Education at Linn-Benton Community College starting April 4. Spanish for Seniors focuses on conversational Spanish with essential words, songs and phrases to help you get ready to travel more confidently in Spanish speaking countries. Learn past, present, and future verb tenses. Some previous Spanish experience recommended.
