LBCC Valentine’s Day Classes
Celebrate Valentine’s Day in style with homemade chocolate treats and your own expressive words, with a little help from LBCC Community Education classes.
The class "All Things Chocolate" provides hands-on skills working with chocolate to make a variety of chocolate desserts, garnishes and confections. Class meets Saturday, Feb. 6, from 12 to 4:50 p.m. at the LBCC Albany campus, Calapooia Center kitchen classroom. Cost is $59.
Learn to write poems that express varying realities of love and romance in the three-week poetry class "Savory or Sweet" held Thursdays from 6 to 7:50 p.m. starting Jan. 28 at the LBCC Albany campus. Cost is $29.
Learn how to write letters that share your sincere thoughts and feelings on Valentine's Day or most any occasion in the one-day workshop "A Letter to Your Loved One" held Tuesday, Feb. 2 from 9 to 11:50 a.m. at the Albany Senior Center. Cost is $29.
