Benton Center Triathlon Training Clinic

Jumpstart or accelerate your triathlon experience in this two-day Triathlon Training Clinic offered through Linn-Benton Community College Benton Center Community Education.

Improve your technique and learn strategies to streamline your swim, boost your biking ability, run efficiently, and transition smoothly, all while meeting your nutrition and hydration needs. Learn about safety, sighting, gear, planning, realistic goal setting and more. 

This two-day clinic will meet Friday, Feb. 27 from 7 to 8:50 p.m. at Osborn Aquatic Center and Saturday, Feb. 28 from 9 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. at the LBCC Benton Center, 757 NW Polk Ave., Corvallis. Cost is $69.

Oregon Construction Contractors Board Education (CCB) will be offered through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College. This five session course will meet on April 22, 29, May 6, 13, and 20 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., on the LBCC Albany campus, Calapooia Center room CC-213. The course is required for CCB licensing as part of the education requirement before taking the State of Oregon CCB exam. LBCC Holds Annual Career Fair

A free Career Fair will be held at Linn‑Benton Community College Career Thursday, April 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Activities Center gym, Albany campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd. S.W. More than 50 businesses, industries and government agencies will provide information on careers and employment opportunities. College advisors will available to answer questions on career and technical training programs. Be prepared to ask questions, distribute your resume and complete applications.
