Centers Offer Wilderness Survival & Safety
Learn how to be safe in the wilderness in the class Wilderness Survival and Safety offered at LBCC's Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers.
This one-day class will introduce you to skills that may save your life in an outdoor emergency. Topics covered include mental and physical preparation, starting a fire, creating a shelter, signaling and items you should always carry in the outdoors.
The Lebanon Center class will meet on Saturday, Jan. 19 from 9 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. in the center annex, 44 Industrial Way; and the Sweet Home Center class will meet on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 9 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. in room SHC-101. Cost for this class is $39 plus a $2 Fee.
