Sausage Making Class

Back by popular demand! Learn the art of making home made sausage in the class Making Sausage offered through LBCC Albany Community Education winter term.

Chef Adrienne Ewanchyna will teach you the skills and techniques that are needed to make sausage before you invest in the equipment for making it at home.

This class will focus on fresh and smoked sausage. Participants will get to take a variety of sausage home to enjoy.

This non-credit class will meet on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. in the Calapooia Center, room CC-202. Cost for the class in $29 with a $40 lab fee.

The class will be offered again on Sunday, Feb. 12 from Noon to 4:50 p.m. in the same location. Cost is $29 with a $40 lab fee.

Oregon residents aged 62 or older pay 75 percent of tuition. This discount does not apply to material or lab fees.
