LBCC Dance and Exercise Classes in Scio
Several dance and exercise classes offered through Linn-Benton Community College will be held in Scio at the ZCBJ Hall, 38704 S Main St., this spring term.
Line dancing will be offered on Mondays from 6 to 7:20 p.m. beginning March 28. This 4-week class is easy and a great way to get some exercise. Learn dances and enjoy a wide variety of music. No partner needed. Cost for this class is $39 plus a $2 fee.
Body Toning and Aerobics class is designed to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups, incorporating aerobic activity for cardio fitness. Exercise bands, step platforms and light weights will be utilized to add resistance to the workout.
Class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 9:20 a.m. beginning March 28. Cost for this 10-week class is $66 plus a $5 fee. The same class will be offered as a Monday, Wednesday, Friday class from 8:30 - 9:20 a.m. Cost for the three-day class is $81 plus a $5 fee.
