Internet Self-Defense starts Sept. 26

Learn about cyber security in the class Internet Self-Defense held at Linn-Benton Community College starting Sept. 26.

Understand online security and learn how to protect your digital assets and privacy at home. Learn to recognize threats online and the steps to reduce the risk of becoming a victim. Monitor your applications and smart devices for privacy risks, shop safely online and protect your digital assets in the cloud.

This three-week class meets Tuesdays from 5:30-7:20 p.m. starting Sept. 26 at the LBCC’s McKenzie Hall room 207, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany. Cost is $59.
