OSF Actors Give Two Free Performances

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival School Visit Program brings actors Amy Lizardo and William Elsman to Linn-Benton Community College for two free performances Friday, Nov. 18.

OSF actors will perform an abridged version of “Julius Caesar” from 10 to 10:50 a.m., and “Shakespeare Smackdown” from 11 to 11:50 a.m., which is an informative journey tracing Shakespeare’s impact on modern literature and pop culture.

The free performances will be held at LBCC’s Russell Tripp Performance Center, Takena Hall, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW in Albany.

The 2016 School Visit Program is funded by grants from the Bowmer Society, Sharkey Family Charitable Foundation, Joseph R. Parker Foundation, Lamb-Baldwin Foundation, Starseed Foundation, the Helen Clay Frick Foundation, and also Oregon Arts Commission.
