Full-body Cardio Class “Pound”
Get into shape in the fitness class “Pound” starting June 28 at the Lebanon Senior Center.
“Pound” is a full-body cardio jam session that combines light resistance with constant simulated drumming, fusing cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses to strengthen and sculpt muscles to create a leaner, slimmer physique.
This 10-week class meets Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:20 p.m. starting June 28 at the Lebanon Senior Center, 80 Tangent St. Cost is $39.
