July Cooking Classes for Teens
Don’t go out to eat. Let your teen learn to create great meals in cooking classes for teens offered through LBCC Community Education this month.
In the class Pizza, Pizza, Pizza, students learn to master the basic Margherita pizza, then move on to the big leagues by creating their own unique pizza with choice of sauce, dough, and a variety of toppings. Class will meet Tuesday, July 14, from 1 to 3:50 p.m. at Santiam Christian School in Albany. Cost is $39.
The class Open Minded Omelet will help your teen become a skilled omelet cook, creating dozens of omelet variations. Students learn the secrets of the basic omelet and then build it up with a mix of ingredients. Class will meet Tuesday, July 28, from 1 to 3:50 p.m. at Santiam Christian School in Albany. Cost is $39.
