LBCC GED/Adult Basic Education


Free orientation sessions for GED and Adult Basic Education classes held at Linn-Benton Community College’s Lebanon and Sweet Home Centers will begin December 9.  

Classes can help you improve your skills in reading, writing or math, prepare to take the GED test, or improve your score on the Computerized Placement Test for college entry.

Orientations will be held Dec. 10 and 11, Jan. 7 and 8, or Feb. 4 and 5 from 9 a.m. to 11:50 a.m., or from 6 p.m. to 8:50 p.m., at the LBCC Lebanon Center, 44 Industrial Way.

Orientations at the LBCC Sweet Home Center, 1661 Long St., will be held Dec. 9 and 11, Jan. 6 and 8, and Feb. 3 and 5 from 8:30-11:30 a.m., or from 6-9 p.m.

It is mandatory to attend both days of the orientation before registering for classes. Classes start Jan. 6. A $30 enrollment fee is due at registration.

Lebanon Center classes will meet Monday thru Thursday, 9-11:50 a.m., or Monday through Wednesday, 6-8:20 p.m. Sweet Home Center classes will meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-11:20 a.m., or 6-8:20 p.m.
