LBCC Small Business Management Program
The Small Business Management Program will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College for entrepreneurs who have been in business for at least one year and want to increase revenues and efficiencies.
The course combines one-on-one business coaching, classroom sessions and peer networking to help your business be more successful. Course topics include strategy and goals, marketing basics and action plans, managing human potential, financial optimization, selling strategies, and operation and systems control.
This nine-month class will meet on the second Wednesday of each month from 1 to 4 p.m. beginning Jan. 9 in the LBCC Calapooia Center building, room CC-211, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.
