Driver Education Classes Winter Term

Several Driver Education classes are being offered winter term through Linn-Benton Community College Albany campus, at the LBCC Benton Center in Corvallis and at the LBCC Lebanon Center.

The 10-week Drivers Ed course includes mandatory 30 hours classroom instruction, three-hour parent/student orientation at first meeting plus 12 hours behind-the wheel practice and driver observation.

Registration requirements include completed packet, fee, original driver permit and one photocopy. Registration packets are available at all centers one week prior to registration or online at www.linnbenton.edu/go/albany-community-ed/driver-education. Check the winter schedule for dates and times, or check the online schedule at www.sis.linnbenton.edu.

Classes start January 3. Class must be dropped 24 hours prior to start date for refund. Cost for the course is $220 for 17 and under, $250 for adults 18 and over. For more information, contact LBCC Albany Community Education at 541-917-4840.
