Sweet Home Center Calligraphy Class

Learn how to improve your calligraphy in the class Calligraphy II offered at the Linn-Benton Community College Sweet Home Center this summer.

This 6-week class is a continuation of Calligraphy I, exploring more of the formal or cursive lettering system. Additional calligraphic styles will be introduced according to student interest.

Class will meet on Tuesdays from 1 to 3:50 p.m. at the Sweet Home Center. Cost for this non-credit class is $54 plus a $3 lab fee.

Oregon Construction Contractors Board Education (CCB) will be offered through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College. A variety of art classes, including a few new ones, are being offered through LBCC Community Education starting March 28. In the new class “Art & Etsy,” learn to polish your craft and sell your art. Bring your own product to polish up, or bring to life a new creation. Immerse yourself in product design and then create a catchy shop name and an inviting online presence. Learn a foreign language in classes offered through Community Education at Linn-Benton Community College starting April 4. Spanish for Seniors focuses on conversational Spanish with essential words, songs and phrases to help you get ready to travel more confidently in Spanish speaking countries. Learn past, present, and future verb tenses. Some previous Spanish experience recommended.
