LBCC Veterans Clubs Holds Vigil Honoring Memorial Day
The Veterans Club at Linn-Benton Community College is sponsoring a vigil in honor of Memorial Day on Wednesday, May 25 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the college courtyard, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.
Displays will include a Soldier's Cross and flags placed in honor of the MIA’s and POW’s from wars from the American Revolution to the most current conflicts. The club will host several speakers and bagpipes will be playing at times during the vigil.
