Chelsey Mick Chareane Wimbley-Gouveia Chareane Wimbley-Gouveia , Developmental Studies faculty member and Learning Center Coordinator, and LBCC student Chelsey Mick received the Analee Fuentes Diversity and Social Justice Award, and OSU International Student Advising and Services received the Gary Westford Community Connection award at the annual Unity Celebration held Feb. 24.  LBCC’s Values, Inclusion, and Cultural Engagement Council sponsors the Unity Celebration, which recognizes faculty, staff, students and community members for their work promoting unity, inclusivity, diversity and social justice at LBCC and in our communities. The LBCC Board of Education is seeking applicants to fill a board vacancy for the position of Zone 6-7, which includes Corvallis and some of the surrounding areas.
