LBCC All Things Chocolate Cooking Class
A chocolate cooking class “All Things Chocolate” will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College starting Nov. 15. Just in time for the holidays, this fast-paced, hands-on class will cover how to cut, melt and temper chocolate while making ganache, truffles, and a variety of chocolate desserts, garnishes and confections. Bring containers to take home your chocolate goodies. This one-day class will meet Saturday, Nov. 15 from Noon to 4:50 p.m. on the LBCC Albany campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd SW. Cost is $59.
