Professional Development Class Uncrossing the Wires for Communication

The professional development class “Four Generations-One Workplace: Uncrossing the Wires for Communication” will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College Business and Employer Services on Tuesday, Feb. 14 from 8 a.m. to noon at the LBCC Albany campus.

Learn to identify the cultural characteristics and value systems of different generations currently in your workplace, and explore strategies and skills that can lead to better intergenerational communication and collaboration. Determine how you can adapt your approach when coaching, managing and leading employees.

Class will be held on the LBCC Albany Campus in the Fireside Room, Calapooia Center building, room CC-211, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW.
