Free Lewis and Clark History Class at Sweet Home Center
Join living history master performer and Willamette National Forest Service archaeologist Tony Farque for a free class "Lewis & Clark: Into the Unknown" at the LBCC Sweet Home Center.
This two-day class explores Lewis and Clark’s Core of Discovery trip as they headed west in the spring of 1805 to begin a trek into unchartered territory. The class examines the Corp of Discovery's travels both west and east across the continent from both an American and Tribal perspective.
Class will meet on Monday, Feb. 27 and Wednesday, Feb. 29 at the LBCC Sweet Home Center, 1661 Long St. For more information or to register, call the center at 541-367-6901.
