Bread Making Class for Beginners
Learn how to make homemade bread in the class Bread for Beginners offered through Linn-Benton Community College Albany Community Education.
Local chef Adrienne Ewanchyna will provide practical information to help ease your fears of making homemade bread.
This one-day class will meet on Saturday, March 10 from 9 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. in the LBCC Calapooia Center building, second floor, room CC-202, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.
Cost for this non-credit class is $29 with a $10 lab fee. Oregon residents aged 62 or older pay 75 percent of tuition. This discount does not apply to material or lab fees.
