LBCC Hosts Dr. James Phelps Talk on Mood Disorders
Corvallis psychiatrist Dr. James Phelps, a national figure in the area of bipolar disorders, will give a talk on Wednesday, Feb. 15 from Noon to 1 p.m. at Linn-Benton Community College in the Russell Tripp Performance Center, Takena Hall, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.
Dr. Phelps has published more than 15 books and journal articles pertaining to mental health. His books, web site and lectures have helped to create an entirely new perspective in the area of bipolar disorder.
