Community Education Class on Nutrition for the New Year

Discover a new, healthier you in the class Nutrition for the New Year offered through Linn-Benton Community College Albany Community Education starting in January.

Learn the fundamentals of proper nutrition and healthy eating in this hands-on course that will not only focus on easy meal planning and low fat cooking, but will also touch upon serious health issues such as obesity and diabetes.

This four-week class will meet on Thursdays from 6 p.m. to 7:50 p.m. starting Jan. 13 at the Albany Senior Center, 489 Water Avenue NW. Cost for this non-credit class is $39 with a $15 lab fee.
