Ballet Core Class
This class, “Ballet Core” will be held at Linn-Benton Community College’s Benton Center starting April 3.
A combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga helps develops strength, flexibility, and balance. Using precision, flow and a full range of motion to build strength while creating the lean, graceful lines of a dancer. Ballet Core involves simple ballet exercises, Pilates core strengthening exercises, and yoga postures for stress release and relaxation. No previous experience required.
This 10-week class meets Thursdays from 6 to 7:20 p.m. starting April 3 at the LBCC Benton Center, room 130, 757 NW Polk Ave., Corvallis. Cost is $59.
