Have you recently experienced a major life change? The Turning Point Transitions program at Linn-Benton Community College may be able to help.
LBCC’s Turning Point Transitions is a free program designed for single parents, displaced homemakers, dislocated workers, and others who are experiencing major life transitions. Participants receive three LBCC credits.
Participants learn to build self-confidence, raise self-esteem, explore anger, manage stress, identify values and set healthy boundaries. In addition, this four-week class covers goal setting, skills identification, effective resume building and job interviewing techniques.
First class session begins September 26. Class size is limited. For more information or to schedule an appointment, contact LBCC Turning Point Transitions at 541-917-4876 or 541-917-4870.
