Learn how to be a better baker in the class Baking Basics offered through LBCC Albany Community Education.
People say that cooking is an art, but baking is a science. Local chef Adrienne Ewanchyna will teach you the many different baking techniques from cookies to breads in this class designed for beginning to intermediate bakers.
This class will meet on two Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1:50 p.m. beginning Oct. 8 in the LBCC Calapooia Center, room CC-219. Cost for this non-credit class is $39 with a $27 lab fee.
