Drivers Ed Registration Open, Classes start Jan. 1
Registration is now open for Driver Education courses at Linn-Benton Community College.
Classes start the first week of January and will be held in Albany, Corvallis and Lebanon.
Course includes Oregon State mandated 30 hours of classroom instruction, a one-time parent/student orientation plus 12 hours behind-the wheel practice and driver observation.
Cost for the course is $265 for ages 17 and under, $445 for ages 18 and over. Upon successful completion of the course, students under the age of 18 qualify for a car skills testing waiver when obtaining their Driver’s License.
