Beginning Guitar starts Jan. 9, Benton Center

A new “Beginning Guitar” class will be held at the LBCC Benton Center starting January 9.

Class will meet for group lessons designed to build skills and knowledge of music theory for the beginning guitar player or intermediate players to refresh and reinforce their skills.

This eight-week class meets Tuesdays from 6 to 7:50 p.m. starting Jan. 9 at the LBCC Benton Center, 757 Polk Ave. NW, Corvallis. Cost is $99.

Oregon Construction Contractors Board Education (CCB) will be offered through the Small Business Development Center at Linn-Benton Community College. Learn a foreign language in classes offered through Community Education at Linn-Benton Community College starting April 4. Spanish for Seniors focuses on conversational Spanish with essential words, songs and phrases to help you get ready to travel more confidently in Spanish speaking countries.
