Tai Chi for Health I & II

Two levels of “Tai Chi for Health” will be held at the Linn-Benton Community College’s Benton Center starting June 23.

This sun style Tai Chi I program is safe and beneficial for those with chronic conditions or limited mobility, helping to reduce pain, stiffness and fatigue by improving physical function, muscle and strength, flexibility/mobility and balance.

Tai Chi for Health II includes new more advanced forms in the sun style. Both classes are led by Arthritis Foundation Certified instructor.

Tai Chi for Health I meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 2 to 2:50 p.m., and Tai Chi for Health II meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:30 to 3:20 p.m. Both classes start June 23 at the LBCC Benton Center, 757 NW Polk Ave., Corvallis. Cost is $58 for each class.
