LBCC Computer Classes
A variety of computer classes will be offered through Linn-Benton Community College Albany Community beginning June 23.
Apple iPad teaches you how to get the most from your iPad. Course covers the essentials of the iOS operating system, navigating the keyboard-less interface, and using the built-in apps. This four-week class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 to 11:50 a.m. beginning June 23 at the Albany Senior Center. Cost is $50.
Photoshop Elements I and II will help you take your photos from snapshot-quality to spectacular. Learn to edit, enhance, and touch-up digital photos, including exposure and contrast, or adding and removing elements, and the skills necessary to backup, and organize your images.
Photoshop Elements I meets for six weeks beginning June 24. Cost is $55. Elements II meets for four weeks beginning August 5. Cost is $39. Classes meet Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8:20 p.m. in room MKH-209 on the LBCC Albany campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd. SW.
Buying and Selling Online teaches you how to get the most out of Internet marketplace sites, such as eBay, Craigslist, and Etsy. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, learn the strategies to protect yourself and get the results you want. This two-week class meets on Tuesdays from 9:30 to 11:20 a.m. beginning June 24 in room MKH-103. Cost is $39.
